Okay, here we are again. I go before the Board of Ordained Ministry on March 5th. Everything has been going so much better than in Texas but I'm a little pessimistic about Boards. Arkansas does everything all in one day though so at least I will know at once.
So I need everyone to be praying for me on March 5th at 11 a.m. and at 6 p.m., that's when I have my two interviews before the various components of the Conference board.

Know that I'm praying for you and for your committees. I am praying that they will have the Holy Spirit's discernment to help you, your ministry, and the Church and to do what's best for ALL. They have quite the job!
All in one day is going to be exhausting for you. Do you have support people who can (and will) go with you? I found it so helpful to have that person there for me.
May God bless you and your ministry even in the next couple of weeks between now and the interviews, that your nerves and past experience don't dictate what kind of ministry you do in the meantime, that you will minister out of the fullness of the Holy Spirit. Remember that perfect love drives out fear!
