Hospital Visits
My lady in the hospital had to have surgery today. I went to visit with her and stayed for three hours. She was so alone. If there are other people, or they are sleeping, or seem occupied, I can leave after a brief visit but she seemed so alone and scared. One of these days I will get quick visits down-pat.

sometimes the long visit is just what they need, though. sometimes just the fact that it WAS long is a comfort, I think.
